As a result of state requirements the Health Care Coverage Initiative, the County of Orange Health Care Agency is now requesting Medical Services Initiative members to provide citizenship documentation and other information. Please be aware that patients who fail to provide this information will be terminated from the program. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you check a patient's eligibility each time you provide services.

You can verify MSI eligibility online via the Provider On-line Verification System by accessing the secure website at www.ocmsipov.com. To access the system, you will need to provide your registered tax I.D. number, the patient's last name, date of birth and member I.D. or Social Security number. Eligibility data comes directly from the eligibility determination system and is always up to date.
