The third annual CME cruise will sail the South Pacific in July.

The third annual CME cruise will sail the South Pacific in July.

Earn up to 30 hours of continuing medical education credit, while discovering the idyllic beauty of French Polynesia and the Cook Islands aboard the Tahitian Princess. The RCMA and SBCMS Third Annual Cruisin’ Thru CME cruise sets sail July 2, 2006, from Papeete, Tahiti.

Spend 10 days in the inviting South Pacific with its aquamarine lagoons, lush mountains and white sand beaches. Not only will you bask in the exquisite landscape of the islands, but you will be welcomed and embraced by the warmth and charm of the Polynesian people.

And during selected times, top-notch medical educators will provide a variety of interesting course material. See “About the CME Program.”

You will fly to Papeete on July 2 to board the Tahitian Princess. The ship will arrive back into Papeete the evening of July 11 and you will stay overnight on the ship in port. On July 12, passengers are asked to leave their staterooms by 11 am. However, you may use the public rooms all day until leaving for the airport. Lunch and dinner will be provided. The flight home leaves late in the evening on July 12, arriving back to LAX on July 13.

The Tahitian Princess accommodates 670 passengers. The majority of the cabins have private balconies.

Double Occupancy Per Person Rates: Balcony Cabin Category BD $2,175.20

Third and/or Fourth Person Rates (when sharing with two double occupancy passengers): Balcony Cabin Category BD $1,152.20

Port charges and government fees are included. Additional charges do apply, such as round-trip airfare from LAX at the rate of $964 per person, plus tax, and a $60 transfer fee in Tahiti per person.

A $450 per person deposit is due at the time of booking. The RCMA is holding a limited number of cabins. Princess Cruises has a schedule of cabin recall dates when it will take back half of the unsold space. The first recall date is January 3. The next one is February 2. And the final space recall date is March 6. Princess Cruises retains the right to recall space at any time.

Make your deposit now! If for any reason you are unable to go, you will receive a full refund prior to April 18, 2006. The CME cruise in 2005 sold out and several people were on the waiting list, but did not get to go. This is truly a unique and magnificent destination. This popular cruise will sell out. Don’t miss the boat!

Only passengers booked through the RCMA cruise agent will be admitted to the CME Program and qualify for the special cruise rate. Please call or e-mail Cruises Cruises Cruises for more information and a color brochure at 800/745-7545 or cruises3@pacbell.net.
